JACK HENZES, M.D. received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.  He received his orthopedic surgery training at Hahnemann University Hospital. Dr. Henzes treats adults and children with a wide array of orthopedic problems, with a special interest in sports medicine, arthroscopy and total knee and hip replacement. He serves as team physician for the Dunmore High School and Abington Heights High School football teams.

Dr. Henzes is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society and local medical society.

Dr. Henzes is on the staff of Moses Taylor Hospital, Community Medical Center and the North East Surgery Center.

ACL Reconstruction Topic of Lecture

Jack Henzes, M.D. recently hosted a lecture for local physical therapists, physical therapy assistants and athletic trainers, titled "ACL Reconstruction 2013”.

Ninth Annual Health Fair in the Park
As a member and past president of the Lackawanna Medical Society, Dr. Henzes was happy to offer his support to this year’s event. The 2013 “Health Fair in the Park” featured over 80 healthcare and ancillary vendors/services and was supported by all local hospitals.  The Health Fair was free to the public and included multiple health screenings, giveaways, healthcare informational booths, educational handouts and children's activities.
